Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We value your satisfaction and have created the following refund policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase:

  1. Cut goods are not returnable: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any artificial grass products that have been cut. This includes any products that have been customized to your specific measurements.

  2. Full roll can be returned but customer pays return label: If you have purchased a full roll of artificial grass, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. However, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return label. Before returning the full roll, please ensure that you have selected the correct product that meets your needs.

  3. Other items can be returned after approval: If you have purchased any other products from our store, you may return them within 14 days of the delivery date. However, please note that all returns are subject to approval. Before returning the item, please contact us and provide us with the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the item.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. And a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Make sure you ordered what you need before placing the order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
