Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are out of stock or there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment estimated delivery times

Deliveries depend on delivery address. After check out you will receive an email stating the delivery date.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Before checking out any order, please request a quote to get the shipping cost. We will send the link to pay for the order with the tax and shipping cost. The order must be paid in full before it can be fulfilled.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Residential vs Business Addresses

For residential address - the carrier will unload on the driveway.

For a business address - the carrier assumes you will have a loading dock and forklift. If not, please notify us via email at contact@manasesenterprises.com so we can make the necessary changes.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged follow the steps below.

  1. Accept your shipment - manases turf will address the issues with the carrier for you.
  2. Note any damage on your shipping receipt - Write the number of boxes damaged and describe the damage (ripped carton, damaged box, etc) beside your signature
  3. Take photos of your shipment - Take photos of the entire shipment, damage to the packaging, close-ups of damaged area, and of your signed receipt with description of the damage.
  4. Contact us about the damage - email contact@manasesenterprises.com with your order number, your photos, and the number of damaged pieces.
  5. After receiving your info, we will ship a replacement and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally.

 

NOTE: Due to the potential differences in order sizes, We make use of multiple shipping service providers. As such, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery times and shipping cost stipulated above. We do however understand that you have made the decision to purchase,  and we will do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery.
